From one
generation to another, our consistent success was attributed to our
family commitment and professional discipline. This is very true
even to this time, U Hpone Myint Lu a.k.a. Rufus Lu who now heads
Talisman Manning Agency.Rufus Lu successded his father, soon after
he completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the Rangon
University.Like any other employee in the agency, Rufus Lu underwent
rigid training and supervision, working side-by-side with his
father, Commander Tin Thane Lu.
At present,Rufus Lu's consistent commitment to promote and supply
Myanmar workers around the globe had made him. Manning Agency,
supplying hotel staffs to various huge shipping lines such as
Carnival Cruise Lines, Apollo Ship Chandlers, Celebrity Cruises,
Disney Cruises, Royal Olympic Cruises,Louis Cruise Line (Cyprus) and
Renaissance Cruise Lines(now closed operation).Currently also
Talisman Manning Agency,supplies hotel staffs to Dutco Hotel and
Habtoor Resort and SPA- (Manage by Metropolitan International, in
United Arab Emirates(UAE). With our vast experience in the manpower
industry, we have already supplied crews for all types of vessels,
as well as of hotel staffs to date.
