(B.N) after his retirement from the Burma Navy in 1960...thus creating a

Commander Lu trained by the British Royal Navy, his pronounce
professional discipline, applied in the formation of Talisman.This has
made us a well accredited Manning Agency with good reputation especially
with the Marine Department of Myanmar. As such, we have commanded the
largest ventures in the market for Manning and Recruiting Myanmar Seaman
for International Vessels and have sent well over 10,000 Seaman abroad
